By accessing or using the Pidgr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Pidgr is an internal communications platform that enables organizations to send structured campaigns to their members, track acknowledgements, and measure engagement. The Service includes the Pidgr mobile application, web administration dashboard, API, and related services.

3. Accounts and Access

Access to Pidgr is provisioned by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to individuals outside your organization.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pidgr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your organization retains ownership of all content and data you submit through the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pidgr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pidgr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
