How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Pidgr account and associated data, you have two options:
- Contact your organization administrator — Your organization's admin can deactivate your account directly from the Pidgr admin dashboard.
- Email us — Send a deletion request to privacy@pidgr.com from the email address associated with your Pidgr account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your account has been deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account credentials — Email, authentication tokens, and passkey registrations.
- Profile information — Name, department, title, and any other profile attributes.
- Device tokens — Push notification tokens used for message delivery.
- Group memberships — Your membership in any organization groups.
What Data Is Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion:
- Campaign delivery records — Records of messages sent to you and your acknowledgement status are retained for up to 90 days for your organization's compliance reporting purposes. These records are anonymized after the retention period.
- Aggregated analytics — Non-identifiable, aggregated usage statistics are retained indefinitely for product improvement.
- Legal obligations — Data required by law or regulation may be retained for the legally mandated period.
